Fulfillment and Contracts

All services provided by Lumacraft LLC are based on specific written contracts. Fulfillment of services includes complete delivery of agreed-upon work as outlined in the contract. Payment terms, project scope, deliverables, and pricing are explicitly defined in each individual contract signed by both parties.

Refund Policy

General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are not automatically provided and are at my sole discretion.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the services rendered, please contact me directly to discuss your concerns.

  • Any potential refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, contractual obligations, and the specific nature of your concern.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice

  • Clients must provide written notice of project cancellation.

  • A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for project cancellation.

  • Cancellation notices must be sent via email to hello@sabin.art

Cancellation Implications

  • Cancellation notice does not guarantee a refund.

  • I reserve the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any prepaid fees for work not yet completed may be prorated or refunded at my discretion.
